By popular demand the Collins Connect Christmas Carols was held on Sunday 1st December 2024. And what a show it was !
Attended by over 150 people it was one of the largest gathering hosted by Collins Connect. Another successful event with lots of Carol singing, talented musicians and the first ever Santa on stilts!
The magical voice of Jessica Suares (daughter of Gerry Suares and the great granddaughter of Blanche Fernandez) left the audience spell bound.
The talented young brothers Zac and Trent Dirckze (grandsons of Alan D'Cruz) proved that music is in their blood. They played their instruments with such ease and precision.
Watch out for our young Collins family members.... they will be famous one day !

collins connect REUNION 2024
The annual Collins Connect Reunion was held on Sunday
6th October 2024. Everyone who attended enjoyed the day with good laughs, food and entertainment.
The Collins family entertainment included a new 'signature' tune of the Collins Connect family - "Teach your children" .
A quiz of typical Anglo Indian slang kept them guessing reminiscing on the family slang used by our parents, grandparents and forefathers before them.
Magic man 'Damien Collins' never failed to entertain bringing lots of laughter to the audience with his jokes and tricks.
What about the Mr Bojangles, Redver Dubier providing us his rendition of the song. His laughter and humour kept us entertained throughout the event!

collins connect MUSIC & Bingo FEBRUARY 2024
The Collins Connect Music and Bingo was a first ever SOLD OUT event that was held on the 11th February 2024.
The day was filled with lots of music, song, dance, karaoke, bingo and fun day for all ages. A record number of attendees saw the booking CLOSED a week before the event.
Feedback was for a repeat event, so stay tuned for more to come.

collins connect family christmas carols 2023
The Collins Connect Family Christmas Carols took place on Sunday 3rd December 2023. And what a tremendous success it was. Those that attended thoroughly enjoyed the music, dance, food and singing not forgetting the reenactment of the nativity play, played out by the children under the guidance of Sharlene Heldt.
The arrival of Santa (Angelo Mansoor) on a skateboard was an instant magnet with the children, handing out lots of lollies.
Overall everyone enjoyed the carol singing and the start of the Christmas season.

The 5th Collins Connect Annual Reunion was held on Sunday, 22nd October 2023.
Its was a milestone anniversary being the 5th Annual reunion for the Collins Connect family.
For the first time, there was representation from all 5 branches of the Collins tree that being Alexander Collins, Adelaide Collins, Peter Collins, Joseph Collins, Margaret Collins and Victor Collins . It was truly a remarkable achievement.

The 3rd Collins Connect Family Christmas Carols was held on SUNDAY, 4th December 2022.
With an overwhelming attendance of talented musicians, singers and participants, the Carols were packed with entertainment including audience participation joining in the group singing.
The "Jingle Bells Carolers" led by the talented Sharlene Heldt re-enacted the Nativity play with humor and a captivating audience.
The appearance of Santa (Damien Collins) was a big attraction for the children. In spite of Santa's busy schedule, his appearance was enjoyed by the young and old.
The biggest Collins Connect Family Christmas Carols ever held; with lots of encouragement, we will be back bigger and better in 2023 !
